Yes. You must be 18+ years old to be eligible for Plastic Surgery with us.
If you are under the age of 20, in Thailand you also require the consent of your parent or guardian.

Yes. It is mandatory to have a companion, someone not undergoing surgery, to accompany you for hospital discharge and stay with you overnight after the surgery. Please be aware that if you intend to travel alone, it is imperative to reach out to your Client Manager for further assistance.
To confirm your Surgical Appointment and reserve your Surgery Date, a deposit is necessary. While this amount is non-refundable, it will be subtracted from the final procedure invoice. For additional details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
It is unlikely that your medical insurance will cover the cost of these procedures because they are considered cosmetic procedures that most insurance plans do not cover.

Absolutely, we encourage it! We recommend all clients conduct their own research, gathering information from various credible sources. Unfortunately the answer is no. We cannot offer a quote or surgical recommendation if you are currently pregnant. Furthermore, for any surgery involving general anesthesia, it is necessary to wait at least 6 months post-breastfeeding. We kindly ask that you proceed with your online assessment only after you have concluded breastfeeding or 6 months post-delivery (if you opt not to breastfeed). Once this timeframe has elapsed, we would be delighted to provide assistance with our services!
