Do you have an assessment process?

Certainly! The SiamSculpt Process commences with a complimentary online assessment designed to offer you a personalized surgery recommendation. Our assessments are prompt, uncomplicated, and come with no obligations. What’s more, you can conveniently complete them from the comfort of your home. To initiate the process, simply fill out the Assessment Form and submit the instructed 6 images. Following this, you’ll promptly receive your complimentary quote and surgical recommendation—making the entire process straightforward and hassle-free!

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT ON PLASTIC SURGERY PROCEDURES?

Yes. You must be 18+ years old to be eligible for Plastic Surgery with us.
If you are under the age of 20, in Thailand you also require the consent of your parent or guardian.

Do you have Before & After photos I can see?

Of course! We have a large collection of real Before & After images from our CosMediTour clients. You can find these in the Results Gallery on our website. We also frequently post new client images on our Facebook and Instagram pages.

I’ve never travelled to Thailand before; are there things I should know?

Booking your Plastic Surgery procedure with SiamSculpt comes with a significant advantage: you’ll be assigned a dedicated Client Manager who will guide you through every stage of the process. This knowledgeable and approachable expert will address all your inquiries and aid in your preparations for your journey to Thailand. Upon arrival, a local Client Support team is stationed at your destination, ensuring continuous assistance with SiamSculpt. Can I bring someone with me for my procedure?

Yes. It is mandatory to have a companion, someone not undergoing surgery, to accompany you for hospital discharge and stay with you overnight after the surgery. Please be aware that if you intend to travel alone, it is imperative to reach out to your Client Manager for further assistance.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my date?

To confirm your Surgical Appointment and reserve your Surgery Date, a deposit is necessary. While this amount is non-refundable, it will be subtracted from the final procedure invoice. For additional details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Is my procedure covered by my medical insurance / Can I get a refund?

It is unlikely that your medical insurance will cover the cost of these procedures because they are considered cosmetic procedures that most insurance plans do not cover.

Am I allowed to conduct independent research after receiving my Surgical Recommendation?

Absolutely, we encourage it! We recommend all clients conduct their own research, gathering information from various credible sources. This ensures that you are thoroughly informed about every aspect of your procedure, including potential risks and complications. To assist you, we offer a wealth of information on our educational blog. Additionally, we advise seeking advice from your General Practitioner.

If I am pregnant, am I still eligible for a Free SiamSculpt assessment?

Unfortunately the answer is no. We cannot offer a quote or surgical recommendation if you are currently pregnant. Furthermore, for any surgery involving general anesthesia, it is necessary to wait at least 6 months post-breastfeeding. We kindly ask that you proceed with your online assessment only after you have concluded breastfeeding or 6 months post-delivery (if you opt not to breastfeed). Once this timeframe has elapsed, we would be delighted to provide assistance with our services!

When will I meet my Thailand Client Manager?

Upon arrival, your dedicated Client Liaison will reach out and introduce themselves. They’ll accompany you to consultations and offer pre- and post-operative support throughout your stay. Your Liaison is here to ensure you have everything you need for a smooth and comfortable experience in Thailand.
